• You have at least 1/3 of product remaining (We will not accept empty or nearly empty containers)
• If product is different than what is shown on your receipt or arrives damaged 
• Process for return: Please send us a message stating the reason for return/refund request. Include a picture of your order receipt and your product.
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
